From Toronto Photo Walks Group on flickr, Center Toronto Island Area, in this opportunity, we attend to the famous Toronto International Dragon Boat Race Festival (TIDBRF) a dragon boat regatta held every year in Center Island ; also at the same place we see a funny Eighth Annual Toronto Cosplay Picnic, i had fun photographing the best anime cosplay costumes, here some pics, enjoy.
